SHIPPING POLICY – PEPTIDELAB

1. Shipping Overview

PeptideLab ships orders to eligible destinations worldwide, subject to applicable laws, regulations, and carrier availability.

Orders are processed and dispatched during normal business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

2. Shipping Carriers

PeptideLab uses the following shipping partners:

  • BRT (Bartolini) for deliveries within Italy.

  • UPS for international shipments and deliveries outside Italy.

We reserve the right to use an alternative carrier when necessary to ensure efficient delivery.

3. Order Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day to 3 weeks from the date of payment confirmation.

Processing times may vary depending on:

  • Product availability;

  • Inventory management procedures;

  • Quality-control checks;

  • Order volume;

  • Public holidays and operational closures.

Processing time refers to the period required to prepare, verify, package, and dispatch an order and does not include carrier transit time.

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been dispatched.

4. Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed.

Italy (BRT)

  • Standard Delivery: approximately 1–3 business days after dispatch.

International (UPS)

  • Europe: approximately 2–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Rest of World: approximately 3–10 business days after dispatch.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance procedures, weather conditions, and carrier operations.

5. Tracking Information

Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive tracking information via email, allowing them to monitor the status of their shipment.

Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may not appear immediately after dispatch.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by local authorities.

Such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified at checkout.

7. Customs Delays

International shipments may be delayed due to customs inspections or clearance procedures.

PeptideLab is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, border controls, or government agencies.

8. Shipping Restrictions

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that products purchased from PeptideLab may be legally imported, possessed, and used within their jurisdiction.

PeptideLab shall not be responsible for shipments delayed, rejected, confiscated, or destroyed by customs authorities.

9. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

PeptideLab is not liable for delays, losses, or delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete customer-provided information.

Additional shipping charges may apply for returned or re-shipped orders.

10. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If a shipment arrives damaged, customers must notify PeptideLab within 7 days of delivery and provide supporting documentation, including photographs of the package and contents.

Lost shipment claims may be investigated in cooperation with the shipping carrier before any replacement or refund is considered.

11. Delivery Attempts

Carriers may require a signature upon delivery.

If delivery cannot be completed and a shipment is returned to sender, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping and handling costs associated with reshipment.

12. Force Majeure

PeptideLab shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, transportation disruptions, labor disputes, customs actions, governmental measures, or public emergencies.
