By placing an order through our website, you agree to this Policy.
Customers should inspect all products immediately upon delivery.
If you receive:
An incorrect product;
A damaged product;
A defective product;
A shipment with missing items;

Clear photographs of the product and packaging where applicable.
Failure to notify us within this period may affect our ability to process your claim.
Due to the sensitive nature of our products and quality-control requirements, products cannot be returned once:
The package has been opened;
The protective seal has been broken;
The product has been used, handled, or stored by the customer;
The product has been exposed to conditions outside our storage recommendations.
For safety, quality assurance, and contamination prevention reasons, opened products are generally not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, PeptideLab products are sold for research purposes only.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are suitable for their intended lawful use before purchase.
Refunds or returns will not be granted solely because a customer changes their intended use, research plans, or purchasing decision after shipment.
Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
Once an order has been processed for fulfillment or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
If a cancellation request is approved before shipment, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds may be approved in the following situations:
The wrong product was shipped by PeptideLab;
The product arrived damaged during transit;
The product was confirmed to be defective upon arrival;

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless:
The return is the result of our error;

PeptideLab is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to:
Incorrect addresses;
Incomplete addresses;

Additional shipping costs incurred due to these circumstances may be charged to the customer.
Customers are encouraged to contact PeptideLab before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension and the submission of supporting documentation to the relevant payment provider.
Nothing in this Policy limits or excludes any mandatory rights that consumers may have under applicable law.
Where local consumer protection laws provide additional rights, those rights shall prevail to the extent required by law.
