  • Force majeure events.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier where permitted by law.

Due to the sensitive nature of laboratory products, returns may only be accepted in accordance with our Return Policy.

Products that have been opened, used, improperly stored, or damaged by the customer may not be eligible for return or refund.
